Patients often ask if their own experiences mirror those of other people. They often want to know ‘why me?’
We would like to conduct a survey of patient experiences, to establish if there common links between those who have had a TTP diagnosis.
If you would like to take part in the survey, please complete the attached document (TTP Patient Survey (Word))and email it to ttp@ttpnetwork.org.uk. You may wish to complete the survey over several sessions.
Your replies to questions will be treated in the strictest confidence. Any report on the results of the survey will be made in general terms and no individual will be named.
