Sponsored walk in aid of TTP Education & Research and related platelet disorders
Sunday 15 September 2019
Join us for our annual sponsored walk along the River Thames taking in some of the most iconic sites across the capital and raise funds for TTP Education & Research and related platelet disorders.
You can go as fast or as slow as you wish on the walk. Take time to enjoy some of London’s famous landmarks. Stop for lunch with either your own picnic or at a riverside restaurant. Friends and family are welcome to attend to help us raise funds.
If climbing steps are an issue for you there is an alternative route available and the day is very informal, so it is totally up to you how much of the 4 or 8 mile walk options you complete. Please ensure you wear suitable walking shoes and are dressed for the weather conditions. On the day of the walk you will receive a free T-shirt, walking route map and a certificate on completion. (Walkers finishing after 4pm can get their certificates emailed to them).
Programme: 11am-11.45am, Group photo at 11.45am, Walk will start at midday
Registration is free, please complete the online booking form at Event Brite
